We chanced upon Ryan after requesting more information through Zillow on a particular property, and are so happy with our luck of getting connected with such an amazing realtor. In his first email to us, he was very thorough and provided us with a lot of general information that was helpful to us as first-time buyers just starting the buying process. He suggested a great home inspector and sewer service company that found over $10k of work that needed to be done and got the seller to pay for it.
